Cool Smoke Bloody Mary
Serves 1 slow-sipping serving

The secret to doubling the cool smoke flavor is by rimming your glass with my rub AND grilling your lemon.

What you need:
1 lemon, halved and grilled until caramelized
1/2 jalapeno, grilled until charred
Cool Smoke Everything Rub
12 ounces tomato juice
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon horseradish
8 shakes of Worcestershire sauce
2 shakes of hot sauce, or more as you like it
2 ounces of vodka (optional)

What to do:
1. Season the Glass Rim:
Run one half of the charred lemon around the rim of a quart-sized mason jar and dip the rim into Cool Smoke Everything Rub (don’t worry if some of the rub falls down into the glass, this will make your bloody even better). 

2. Mix Drink: Fill the prepared jar with ice. Add juice of charred lemon, tomato juice, celery salt, pepper, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and vodka (optional). Stir together.

To Serve: Garnish with charred jalapeno.
